I just created a couple of new promotional pieces, fun sticks featuring a tiger and a wolf! It was easy peasy thanks to Avery templates.
After 3.5 years, it's time for a logo refresh! Still handwritten, just updated. What do you think?
I just created a logo for my new side project, making dreamcatchers! Website coming soon....
Earlier this summer, I created designs for Jeff's surprise birthday party, including save-the-date cards, party invitations, along with a book of Jeff, where guests can sign and write their special birthday messages in. His wife (who commissioned me), also purchased the digital files to create a bunch of other products, such as masks and t-shirts. The party was a huge success and everyone got a t-shirt as a parting gift! She even sent me one... check it out!
My second book (about a one eyed dog named "Happy") is coming along very nicely. I got the page flow down and edits are in (including my grocery list on the upper left corner of the first page!) I've had this idea cooking for well over a year now and happy to share more once I get going on the illustrations.
The goal is to have it in time for Christmas. Fingers crossed!
Today, my sweet little brown boy and DFY mascot, Brody, turns 9 years old! Wishing him a wonderful birthday filled with lots of treats and plenty of kisses!
I'm back from my beautiful, wonderful vacation in Scotland! Sad to leave such a magical land with rich history and lovely people but at least I have my memories to last a lifetime!
Back to the drawing board in the morning!
Hey, LA! Drawn for You is one of the many awesome exhibitors this weekend at Artisanal LA located in the, "I'm afraid to park my car on the street" area of Downtown Los Angeles! But no fear, because once inside, you'll forget where you are and can delight and explore all the wonderful vendors - like us! So come on down and say hi - we're in Booth 330.
In collaboration with The Product Agent, these illustrated note cards go out to the Hair & Make-up, Set Dec, Costume and Props departments.
Drawn for You will be a vendor at the Artisanal LA show on April 25-26! It's a food-centric event but I'll be there with my "I heart" series, which I'm sure will be a huge hit!
If you're in the LA area, please come by and see us!
Mini cards from MOO.com are ordered! I decided to keep the same illustration (me and Brody) on all the cards but switch up the colors.
I have very exciting news!! Kitson in LA placed an order for two greeting cards designs! They ordered, "Breaking News - I really f&#$ed things up" with Brian Williams and "I don't want to be seen eating..." featuring Victoria Beckham.
I'm shipping them out in a week, so hopefully they'll be in stores by end of March? If you're in the Los Angeles area, please stop by and check them out!
I am sooooo excited and hope the cards are a smash!!!
